Asset Management Data Ops Team Lead

Overview

As an Asset Management Data Ops Team Lead , you will lead functionally a team of Data Operators who play a pivotal role in managing and ensuring the quality and usability of data used in our asset management department. You will ensure the team meets SLAs, organize and balance agents’ work and own improvements roadmap. You will act as a key interface between internal clients and the data management teams, gathering and scoping out requirements related to data quality and ensuring their successful implementation across data pipelines. Your role involves collaborating closely with technical data stewards and various stakeholders to maintain a high level of data integrity and support efficient data‑driven decision‑making processes. You will be responsible for the creation of gold copy data across various data domains on a day‑to‑day basis.
