Asset Management Director

- Lead the asset management team with responsibility for preparing each portfolio’s biannual budgeting and strategic planning process in coordination with stakeholders (including the Head of Operations, Head of Leasing, and the CFO).

- Monitor and evaluate asset and portfolio performance against underwriting and track returns (IRR, Equity Multiples). Serve as the principal point of contact for all asset-level reporting. Lead quarterly asset reviews and present quarterly performance dashboards to the firms executive committee and to the investors.

- Oversee compliance with agreements governing co-investment major decisions and prepare all material and information required to gain any approvals (as needed) for special situations.
