Asset Manager

Optimal, on behalf of its client, a well-established hospitality group, is seeking an Asset Manager based in Athens.

Scope of Role
As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the hotel portfolio and leading new development projects. Based in Athens with some travel across Greece, you will act as the link between ownership, operations, and investment decisions to ensure growth and value creation.
