ASSET MANAGER

About the role

As an Asset Manager at Cibus Finland , you will play an important role in overseeing our NOI development through active portfolio management, focusing on maximizing operational efficiency and sustainability. You will play a key role in enhancing asset performance through financial analysis, cost management, and effective collaboration with our service providers, working also closely with our leasing organization and real estate development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage external property management and maintenance, ensuring outsourced agreements are effectively implemented and optimizing property costs.
• Coordinate asset-level business plans aimed at increasing NOI and oversee CapEx projects.
• Prepare NOI budgets and forecasts, deliver status updates on portfolio performance, and compile information for external valuators and banks.
