Role Overview

• Own and manage the end-to-end hardware and software asset lifecycle

• Ensure high accuracy and reliability of CMDB and asset data across the enterprise

• Drive asset governance, compliance, and optimization initiatives

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

• 9+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM / SAM / CMDB)

• Deep understanding of hardware, software, and cloud asset management

• Strong knowledge of CMDB data models and best practices

• Experience with asset discovery tools and integrations
