For a globally operating company in the maritime industry, I am recruiting for an Asset Manager. This highly challenging leadership position has become available due to an internal role change.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring maximum technical availability of all assets
- Establishing and maintaining Safety & Integrity standards
- Managing and controlling budgets
- Driving the maintenance strategy and associated projects
- Coaching and guiding your direct reports
- Developing a broad and diverse team
- Being responsible for audits
- Managing contracts and supplier performance
