Job Description
The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of solar PV and BESS assets, ensuring strong technical, operational, and financial performance throughout the asset lifecycle. This includes overseeing O&M performance, availability, PR, CAPEX/OPEX control, technical audits, commissioning activities, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
The role also has a strong improvement and value-creation focus. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement, contributing to more sustainable workloads, better decision-making, and long-term asset value. You will support cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and external partners.
Skills & Experience
Degree in Electrical, Industrial, or similar Engineering discipline; renewable energy focus preferred
