The Asset Optimisation & Digitisation Lead is responsible for driving digital transformation across asset management and operational processes. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and AI technologies to enhance asset performance, and enable data-driven decision-making. The position combines technical expertise in digital platforms and asset management, along with leadership in change management to ensure successful adoption of innovative solutions. Key objectives include utilising and implementing advanced digital tools such as Power BI dashboards, historian systems, and AI/ML predictive models, CMMS for real-time insights, and predictive maintenance.
