HIRING | Asset Servicing – Backend Operations
Greetings from Pine Q Lab Technology.
We are hiring for one of our clients based in Gurgaon for the role of Asset Servicing – Backend Operations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor asset servicing / corporate action events
- Validate corporate action announcements, record dates, and payment details
- Handle events such as dividends, bonuses, rights issues, mergers, and redemptions
- Coordinate with custodians, depositories (NSDL/CDSL), brokers, and internal teams
- Perform entitlement processing and reconciliation
- Identify and resolve mismatches / exceptions within defined TAT
- Maintain MIS and audit-ready operational records
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions / Fund Operations
• Basic understanding of corporate actions lifecycle
• Hands-on exposure to reconciliation and exception handling
• Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting
• Backend / operations profile (not sales or relationship management)
• Candidates open for immediate interview & joining
