HIRING | Asset Servicing – Backend Operations 🚨

We are hiring for one of our clients based in Gurgaon for the role of Asset Servicing – Backend Operations.

📌 Role Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor asset servicing / corporate action events
  • Validate corporate action announcements, record dates, and payment details
  • Handle events such as dividends, bonuses, rights issues, mergers, and redemptions
  • Coordinate with custodians, depositories (NSDL/CDSL), brokers, and internal teams
  • Perform entitlement processing and reconciliation
  • Identify and resolve mismatches / exceptions within defined TAT
  • Maintain MIS and audit-ready operational records

📌 Requirements:


- Minimum 6 months of experience in Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions / Fund Operations


- Basic understanding of corporate actions lifecycle


- Hands-on exposure to reconciliation and exception handling


- Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting


- Backend / operations profile (not sales or relationship management)
