Asset Surveyor

EQUANS are recruiting for a Asset Surveyor to be based in Winsford. This is a 12 month fixed term full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits package.

General Overview

The Asset Surveyor is responsible for undertaking planned and reactive asset condition surveys across the Cheshire West & wider North West Services portfolio, ensuring contractual compliance, accurate asset data, and timely reporting to support lifecycle planning and capital works delivery.

The role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of asset information, supporting statutory compliance, informing capital investment decisions, and enabling effective risk management across the contract. The Asset Surveyor will work closely with operational, commercial and capital delivery teams to ensure survey outputs are accurate, auditable, and aligned with client and contract requirements.
