Your Role
- Assist Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
- Troubleshoot issues and guide users with clear solutions
- Deliver top-quality customer service
- Keep accurate records of interactions
You Bring
- Turkish C2 + English B2
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Team player, adaptable, positive attitude
- EU citizenship or valid work permit
- Experience is a plus, but not required
