Assistance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensuring leaders and inspectors understand and comply with the quality management systems, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve the quality documentation, such as incoming and outgoing inspection report.
• Manpower arrangement for day-to-day activities.
• Verify and provide the disposition of non-conformance parts.
• Prepare incoming and outgoing inspection plan and report.
• Collaborates the process and product quality issues and discuss on corrective actions and problem-solving activities with internal and subcons.
• Monitor the department KPI(s) and provide improvement actions if didn’t achieve.
• Provide training to the existing and new inspectors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skill required

• SPM, diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferrable.
