Overview
As an Assistant Accounting Clerk and Administration Officer , you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of accounting and administrative duties. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Handle general office administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave records.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certification or degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
