The Company

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Accountant for a well-known and respected not-for-profit organisation based in Parkville. The role will be for three months but could extend to a permanent opportunity.

This three month temporary role will give you valuable experience within the not-for-profit sector.
Working within a friendly team environment this role will require you to take ownership of the organisation's complex bank reconciliation and funding processes and reporting.


The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:

  • Daily Bank Reconciliations
  • Receipting
  • Ensuring funds are allocated to correct general ledger accounts
  • Investigation and resolution of outstanding items
  • Complex reconciliations
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure all monies received and allocated correctly
