MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturer based in Cookstown who are seeking to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a full-time, permanent basis. The Company The client is a well-established manufacturer with operations across the UK and Ireland. You'll be joining a stable, supportive finance team within a successful and growing organisation. The Role As the successful Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for the following duties: Assisting with management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting) Supporting statutory accounts, budgeting, and forecasting Managing daily cash flow and supplier payment runs Preparing VAT returns (UK and ROI) The Person The successful Assistant Accountant will meet the following criteria: Part-qualified, qualified, or QBE Strong industry experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Confident working in a busy and collaborative team...
