Responsibilities
Maintain Fixed Asset registers for various Group companies, recording additions, disposals and periodic depreciation.Maintain Capital Expenditure Approval Register, ensuring full coverage of spend.Prepare daily and monthly Bank Reconciliations. Prepare and post monthly Journal Entries. Assist with preparation of monthly and annual Management Accounts for various Divisions. Administer and reconcile head office Petty Cash.Ad-hoc and sundry analyses.Act as direct assistant to Management Accountants. Other accounting duties, as directed by Management Accountants.
