Assistant Accountant - Real Estate Development
Central London | Hybrid

An established real estate and property development business is seeking an Assistant Accountant to support the Financial Controller across the full range of finance activities.

The role
You will play a hands-on role in day-to-day finance operations and statutory reporting, including:

  • Bookkeeping and transactional finance across multiple limited companies

  • Preparation of single-entity statutory accounts

  • Managing limited company accounting requirements

  • Supporting year-end close and liaising with external auditors and advisors

  • Assisting across wider finance and business activities as the group continues to grow
