Job Description
mx51 is a payments-as-a-service solution for banks, non-bank acquirers, and other merchant service providers. We are building a payment platform that allows merchants to accept payments in-store, in-app and online, whilst consolidating all their data on a real-time business management dashboard.
The Assistant Accountant role will be responsible for transactional processing and administration within the finance team. Following and enforcing company policies and procedures, meeting expected processing timelines, ensuring financial information is timely, accurate, complete and compliant with IFRS accounting standards; as well as work closely with the Finance Manager to increase the company’s efficiency.
This is part-time role, 4 days a week
In this role, you will:
- Processing accounts payable and employee expense claims
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
- Assisting with accounts receivable and invoice creation
