Assistant Accountant

OCR is an emerging leader in clinical trials, specialising in pharmaceutical industry-sponsored clinical trials for patients with haematological (blood) and solid-organ cancers, and chronic diseases. Due to our growing portfolio of clinical trials, our Finance Manager is looking to recruit for an Assistant Accountant. This role is Full time, however we would also consider part-time (0.8FTE) applicants.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the Trial Participant Reimbursement & Payment Process.

• Reviewing and approving participant claims against supporting documentation and the applicable trial contract.

• Creating invoices to rebill participant costs.

• Perform company level bank reconciliations.

• Accounts Payable: reviewing supplier invoices and obtaining clinical supporting documentation.

• Maintaining strong financial processes and controls.
