Overview
As our Assistant Accountant you’ll play a key role in supporting the hotel’s financial operations during the pre‑opening phase, soft opening and ongoing day‑to‑day business. You’ll work closely with our Finance Controller, GM and department leaders to ensure the smooth running of accounts, payroll, reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
Main Functions
- Manage Accounts Receivable using Opera PMS (billing, posting, debt follow‑up)
- Support Payroll processing and compliance
- Handle Accounts Payable: invoice processing, supplier reconciliations & payments
- Assist with Purchasing via Purchase Plus
- Prepare month‑end journals, reconciliations & reporting
- Maintain documentation and support audit/compliance requirements
