Job Description
Responsible for effectively carrying out routine Administration and General Affairs functions while complying with relevant International Organization for Standardization (ISO) guidelines and procedures adopted in the power plant. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR & Admin Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Reimbursement Processing: Check and ensure all employee reimbursements and allowances are in order and comply with company guidelines.
Data Entry: Key in staff reimbursement claims and maintain accurate records.
Clinic Administration: Manage the issuance of clinic cards and maintain corresponding records.
Stationery & Office Inventory Management
Stock Control: Manage, administrate, and control the effective usage of photocopy machines and stationeries.
Inventory Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of stationery stock and perform a full monthly stock count.
