Roles & Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of double entries to take in invoices, suppliers' bills and general journal;
  • Full set of accounts and closing of accounts;
  • Perform reconciliation between records and investigation on discrepancies.
  • Preparation of accounts' schedules
  • Quarterly GST filing;
  • Perform simple analysis on financial statement for management reporting;
  • Coordinate with external parties (e.g. auditor, tax agent, clients etc) to ensure timely completion of filing and reporting deadline;
  • Assisting in HR/Payroll work;
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
