  • Plan, organize, and oversee banquet events including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions

  • Analyze market trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

  • Ensure seamless daily operations across banquet setup, service execution, and breakdown for all events

  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with Accor brand standards.

  • Regularly review guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate event details with clients, sales teams, chefs, and service staff

  • Supervise, train, and schedule banquet staff to ensure proper coverage and service quality
