Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Up to $4,500 basic salary + Monthly Incentives + Variable Bonus
- Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours:
Alternate 5-day and 6-day work weeks
- 44 working hours per week
- Day & Night Shifts (outlet operates 24 hours)
Transport Benefits:
Company transport provided after 12:00am
- Transport fees claimable for early morning shifts when public transport is unavailable
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the overall management of our restaurant operations at Changi Airport. In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and team excellence in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise, motivate, and coach front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members
- Assist with financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager / Deputy Manager
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Working knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
