Assistant Restaurant Manager

  • Up to $4,500 basic salary + Monthly Incentives + Variable Bonus
  • Working Location: Changi Airport
  • Working Hours:

  • Alternate 5-day and 6-day work weeks

  • 44 working hours per week
  • Day & Night Shifts (outlet operates 24 hours)
  • Transport Benefits:

  • Company transport provided after 12:00am

  • Transport fees claimable for early morning shifts when public transport is unavailable

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the overall management of our restaurant operations at Changi Airport. In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and team excellence in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Supervise, motivate, and coach front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members
  • Assist with financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency


Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager / Deputy Manager
  • Proficient in inventory management and cost control
  • Working knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
