Job Description
- Assist the Bookkeeper in recording financial transactions and updating ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
- Help reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents (physical and digital)
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
