Job Description

  • Assist the Bookkeeper in recording financial transactions and updating ledgers
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
  • Help reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents (physical and digital)
  • Support payroll processing and expense tracking
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
