  • Assist the Branch Head in managing day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Supervise and support branch staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of branch budgets and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience
