Responsibilities



  • Assist the Branch Head in managing daily store operations

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets

  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and store KPIs

  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns

  • Implement company policies, SOPs, and brand standards

  • Support visual merchandising and store promotions

  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
