Job Summary

The Assistant Branch Head supports the Branch Head in daily operations, staff supervision, service delivery, and achievement of branch goals. The position ensures efficient workflow, compliance with policies, strong customer service, and operational excellence. The Assistant Branch Head acts as Officer‑in‑Charge in the absence of the Branch Head.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing day‑to‑day branch operations.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks and services.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and administrative needs.
  • Implement branch policies, procedures, and quality standards.
