- Lead and achieve prescribed sales targets and further sales improvement.
- Ensure smooth showroom operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain floor discipline and administration.
- Maintain proper inventory records and execute self-audit.
- Ensure proper grooming as per the standards of the organization. Follow organization SOP.
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in the showroom.
- Update staff with current schemes and promotions.
- Monitor market competition.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager for business.
