Qualifications
The Assistant Brand Manager manages the relevant category on a local level within the category guidelines set. The role is responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, artwork development within global masters, local brand management, and compiling and sharing key market insights. The role also takes ownership of daily execution, works closely with cross-functional teams, and supports category performance through market and consumer insights.
Qualifications
- Strong sense of ownership
- BA in Marketing / Management / Industrial Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in an international FMCG company, in Marketing
- Experience in brand management of products which are emotionally important for the end customers
- Good at working with consumer insight data to better understand the market and consumer dynamics (Nielsen)
