Position Overview:


As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives to enhance the brand's equity and drive business growth. Working closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Brand Strategy Development:


- Assist in the development of comprehensive brand strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.


- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and potential opportunities.


2. Campaign Planning and Execution:


- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and experiential marketing.


- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal design teams to develop impactful marketing collateral.


3. Product Launch and Positioning:


- Support the launch of new products or services, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.


- Work closely with product development teams to understand product features and benefits, translating them into compelling consumer-facing messages.


4. Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and finance to ensure cohesive brand strategies.


- Maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient project management.


5. Budget Management:


- Assist in managing the brand's marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and campaigns.


- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize spending and achieve maximum ROI.

6. Brand Performance Analysis:


- Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.


- Prepare and present reports on brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
