Job Purpose


The Assistant Brand Manager will support brand strategy execution, campaign planning, and on-ground marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, footfalls, and revenue for various brands under Imagicaa. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in planning and executing brand and marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and on-ground channels.

• Support brand positioning initiatives to strengthen Imagicaa’s market presence and consumer recall.

• Ability to handle multiple brands of Imagicaa simultaneously.

• Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and agency partners to ensure timely campaign execution.

• Work closely with sales, operations, and park teams to execute promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

• Track campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and share insights for optimization.

• Manage marketing collaterals, in-park branding, signage, and POS materials.

• Support social media, influencer, and partnership initiatives aligned with brand objectives.

• Ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently across all communication.

• Assist in budgeting, vendor coordination, and marketing procurement activities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


Qualification & Experience


• MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or equivalent

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, brand, or consumer-facing roles

• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred

• Hands-on experience with campaign execution and agency management
