Job Summary
The Assistant Brand Manager will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies for makeup products. This role involves coordinating with marketing, sales, product development, and external partners to strengthen brand presence, drive growth, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies for makeup and skincare cosmetic products
Support new product launches, including shade extensions, packaging, and promotional plans
Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, PR activities, and social media content
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, and sales performance
Track and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and brand KPIs
Assist in managing brand calendars, budgets, and timelines
Work closely with sales and trade marketing teams to support in-store and online activations
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communication and touchpoints
Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for artwork, content, and campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role (cosmetics/beauty preferred)
Strong understanding of makeup products, beauty trends, and consumer behavior
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and basic marketing tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience working with beauty brands, makeup companies, and Skin Care
Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce platforms
Passion for makeup, skincare, and beauty innovation
