Job Description:
- Assist the Building Manager in the management and operation of all sites to ensure services are performed in accordance with contract and statutory requirements
- Plan and schedule maintenance programmes
- Monitor and track licences and certifications to ensure timely renewal
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure performance standards are met
- Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets
- Liaise with building owners on operations, exercises, drills, power shutdowns, and events
- Liaise with users on operational matters and events
- Conduct root cause analysis of faults
- Recommend and justify improvement and rectification works
- Verify quotations (including STAR rate items) and submit recommendations to the Authority for approval
