Job Description:

  • Assist the Building Manager in the management and operation of all sites to ensure services are performed in accordance with contract and statutory requirements
  • Plan and schedule maintenance programmes
  • Monitor and track licences and certifications to ensure timely renewal
  • Monitor subcontractors and ensure performance standards are met
  • Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets
  • Liaise with building owners on operations, exercises, drills, power shutdowns, and events
  • Liaise with users on operational matters and events
  • Conduct root cause analysis of faults
  • Recommend and justify improvement and rectification works
  • Verify quotations (including STAR rate items) and submit recommendations to the Authority for approval
