Corporate Traveller is hiring an Assistant Business Leader in NSW!

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an Assistant Business Leader (ABL) who combines operational excellence with commercial strength. You’ll manage and grow your own portfolio while supporting the Business Leader to develop a high-performing team. You’re customer-obsessed, commercially savvy and focused on retention, growth and profitability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operational & Technical

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through our Operational Excellence framework
  • Expert user of internal and customer systems — troubleshoot and solve quickly
  • Understand financial systems and corporate travel products to drive the best outcomes

    • Growth & Retention

  • Review customer programs and present value-driven solutions
  • Know your portfolio deeply and influence stakeholders to create opportunity
  • Deliver a compelling experience that drives retention, satisfaction, growth and profitability

    • Development & Leadership

  • Proactive, self-driven and goal-focused
  • Continuously build expertise, stay across trends and competitors
  • Contribute to a collaborative, peer-learning culture

    • All About You:

  • Minimum 3 years in the travel industry, including 2 years on Sabre
  • 6 months in Lumina is desired but not essential
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships
