Strategy & Planning Develop and implement growth strategies, research new markets and identify viable income streams Client Acquisition Find, pursue and qualify new leads, arrange meetings and build professional networks Relationship Management Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities Sales & Negotiation Create proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals to generate revenue Market Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market changes to spot opportunities Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, design and product teams to align goals and support initiatives Requirements A recognized Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or equivalent At least 5 years of sales and business development experiences.
