Job Title: Assistant Business Manager

Salary Range: Basic Salary + Commission + Bonuses

Location: IMM Jurong East

Work Hours: Office hours on weekdays. Weekend work may be required during events, with time-off in lieu provided.

We are a growing EdTech company specialising in software and hardware learning solutions for the education market. Our products are used by schools, families and institutions locally and overseas. As we expand, we are seeking an Assistant Business Manager to support our business operations, sales, and partnerships.

What You Will Do

• Support in managing key accounts and sales activities

• Provide customer service and support to drive sales growth

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and training for B2B and B2C customers

• Identify and follow up on new sales leads

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches

• Assist with event planning and customer engagement activities

• Help improve sales performance and expand the customer base

What We Are Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Malay is a plus)

• Confident, friendly and professional when dealing with customers

• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills

• Comfortable using digital devices, apps and online meeting tools

• Proactive, detail-oriented and responsible

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred

• Diploma or above
