About The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Case Manager on behalf of our client, an Australian government-certified aged care and disability service provider delivering person‑centred, culturally inclusive support under the NDIS and Support at Home programs. Their services aim to help clients live safely and independently.

The Assistant Case Manager supports the aged care and disability team by providing day‑to‑day administrative assistance.
