JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Senior Care Centre at Canberra, ensuring that high-quality care is provided to the clients in the programme. The Manager/Assistant Manager will work closely with the Reporting Officer to ensure that the center's policies and procedures are followed and that the center meets all relevant regulations. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the center's staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible care to our clients.

JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

  • Responsible to management in all matters pertaining to administration, operations and control of the center
  • Assist management in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the center meets all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Assist in preparing annual budget for the center
