An Assistant Director opportunity is available for an experienced early childhood professional to support centre operations, mentor educators, ensure NQF and EYLF compliance, and build strong family partnerships within a quality long day care centre in the Wynn Vale region.

About you

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)

Experience in a senior educator or leadership role in long day care

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQF

Confident supporting staff performance, compliance, and centre operations

Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Working With Children Check
