Assistant Centre Manager

The Role

BK’s Learn to Swim are seeking an energetic, dynamic and people-focused Assistant Centre Manager to support the delivery of exceptional centre-wide outcomes and provide leadership in the absence of the Centre Manager.

This is a key leadership role within the centre, responsible for driving outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily operations, team performance, compliance, and program participation. The successful candidate will lead by example, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

This position plays a crucial role in supporting centre leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across customer service, Learn to Swim programs, aquatic supervision, health and safety, and administration.
