We are looking for a motivated and passionate Assistant Chef to support our kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality dishes consistently. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow within a professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation and cooking
  • Prepare ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and portioning
  • Ensure dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Help with stock rotation and basic inventory management
  • Support during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage but not essential
