We are looking

for Assistant Chief Steward Managerto join our team!



  • Support the Chief Steward in managing all stewarding operations




  • Supervise stewarding staff (dishwashers, cleaners, utility workers) across all shifts




  • Ensure kitchen and back-of-house areas are cleaned and sanitized according to hygiene standards




  • Monitor cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and storage areas




  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment




  • Assist in training staff on hygiene, safety procedures, and correct chemical usage




  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and stewarding tools




  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, banquet, and F&B teams to meet service requirements




  • Help implement and monitor waste management procedures


  • Requirement:

    35 years of stewarding or kitchen support experience, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role
