Assistant Client Advisor

Job Description

Helicap is looking for an ambitious candidate to contribute significantly to the Sales team. You will work closely with our sales, product and investment teams, and the goal is to manage our client relationships with institutional and HNWI investors globally. The role is special – you will report directly to the Director of Sales and the CEO of Helicap Securities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure superior client service to contribute to the overall investor experience with Helicap.
• Maintain, analyse, and enhance client data and conversions.
• Support and execute new business development initiatives globally.
• Provide excellent administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team.
• Preparation of marketing decks, presentation materials, DDQs and memorandums.
• Manage the workflow and assist with the enhancement and user experience of Helicap’s investor portal platform,
