Job Description


Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the hotel's communication strategies to enhance its brand reputation and visibility. Work closely with the Communication team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, press releases, and newsletters. Additionally, as the Communications Manager will manage media relations, brand collaborations, partnership and coordinate promotional events to attract new guests and retain existing ones.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality or related focus

  • 3 years in Public Relations or Marketing Communications experience preferably in the hospitality industry

  • Oral and written fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
