Job Functions
As a Homeowners Association (HOA) Assistant Property Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations and management of properties within the association. You will work closely with homeowners, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the community and adherence to HOA regulations and guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Administrative Duties:
· Maintain accurate transactions, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
· Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other communications to homeowners.
