Assistant Community Manager role at Thrive Communities.
Responsibilities
Income Collection & Accounts Payable
Maintains accurate resident records, updates rents, deposits and application fees, and issues notices as necessary (e.g., late payments, eviction notices, returned check memos).
Deposits all receipts prior to bank close each day.
Enters invoices daily for timely payment and may reconcile property credit cards per policies and deadlines.
Assists with month-end procedures including deposit accounting, variances, expiring leases, write-off register, receivable aging, security deposit activity and gross potential rent.
Maintains a true sense of community and positive customer relations; inspects property and coordinates maintenance as needed.
Greets prospective clients, shows the community, performs leasing duties and handles incoming calls.
Ensures appropriate content and frequency of ads; contributes to marketing ideas for reside...
