We are looking for an experienced and strategic Assistant Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of compensation strategies and programs across Singapore and multiple regional markets, including but not limited to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, UK, Japan, Korea and Macau. You will play a critical role in shaping compensation frameworks that are both competitive and aligned with our business goals, while ensuring consistency and scalability across all regions.
