Job Title: Assistant Construction Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven individual who can contribute to the daily management of construction projects while supporting overall project execution. Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and delivering complex projects safely and on schedule.


Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers and site managers in overseeing safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and daily field activity.
  • Coordinate development and implementation of project plans including execution, quality assurance, safety, and staffing.
  • Assist with contract negotiation, procurement processes, and documentation required for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and report project status, risks, schedule, costs, and cash flows to stakeholders and maintain accurate project records.
